Reading PSC is proud to launch our online fundraising effort for the next Convoy to Gaza – a flotilla of 10 ships sailing from Turkey, Cyprus, Ireland, Greece and Belgium.

Use our Interactive-Cement-Bag to donate as many 25kg bags of cement as you can to the people of Gaza – even one £3 bag will make a huge difference:

  1. Hi, there. I think that what you’re doing is great, and I support Viva Palestina’s mission. However, I would like to point out that Gaza already has a building material, and it’s called *earth*. After the bombing of Gaza in 2008, many people started rebuilding their homes made out of baked earth. Earth is by far more ecological than cement. It is cool in summer and warm in winter. Perhaps, instead of sending the Gazans cement, you should consider sending them the tools to make their own earthen homes. Thank You.
